Atlantic Station

Built in the early 2000’s, Atlantic Station is fast becoming an international standard for smart growth and sustainable urban development. Built on the site of a formerly contaminated 138-acre Atlantic Steel Mill site, Atlantic Station was one of the nations largest brownfield remediations.  This “city within a city” is home to 10,000 people and retail/corporate names such as Ikea, Target, Dillards and Wachovia and is a well known Atlanta landmark.

Orange Star has worked directly with Atlanta Station's management team to design, build and maintain this complex and information rich web presence that utilizes a number of different technologies including: Macromedia Flash, PHP/MySql, AJAX, and Stream Media technologies.
