Girls’ Rock Camp (ATL)

Our background in providing design and website services to the music industry was a perfect match for this non-profit.  Orange Star worked pro bono with Girls Rock Camp (ATL) to design their logo and website.  Also included was an html email template and distibution system enabling them to send branded information with usage tracking capabilities. Orange Star continues to provide design and website support services to this wonderful organization.

Girls’ Rock Camp (ATL) provides holistic encouragement, instruction, mentorship, and safer space in which girls can express themselves through musical mediums.  Girls’ Rock Camp (ATL) offers tools that help girls challenge and overcome debilitating social, political, and economic constructs, and supports girls in their development as freethinking individuals and as members of communities. 

The site is built using the Joomla CMS.

The Rainbow Center

Orange Star contributed website design and development services to The Rainbow Center, a program of Jewish Family and Career Services.

The Rainbow Center provides informational resources and educational training for the Jewish community as well as people of all faiths and beliefs in order to foster understanding, inclusion, and respect of GLBTQ people.

Arts for Independence

Jodi has participated in Arts for Independence, raising money to tranform the lives of adults with disabilities. Initiated in 2002, Arts for Independence combines the talents of local artists and performers to raise money for the Zimmerman-Horowitz Independent Living Program, a division of Jewish Family and Career Services which provides independent living communities for the developmentally disabled.
